Manage finance, marketing, customer acquisition, relations, and retention activities, and public relations; lead firm strategic planning, operational procedure and process design, and community participation. Provide firm website design and management. Litigate the full range of civil and criminal cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
♣Served as Law Clerk (1984 – 1986), Trial Lawyer (1987 – 1989), and key member of software design team for Bufete law office administration and litigation support software (1988 – 1992).
♣Attorney for First Hospital Corporation and its subsidiaries, developing security protocols for the institution related to risk management and administration of drugs; participated in the institution's quality control and management committee, litigation and corporate advisory.
♣Initiated and launched a legal entrepreneur academy, providing five annual seminars to promote participation in the global economy; the effort has resulted in 300% increase in firm business.
♣Author a weekly column in a regional newspaper La Perla del Sur, covering current issues from a legal and commercial perspective.
